2024 Health & Wellness Event

The 2024 Health & Wellness Event was an inspiring gathering dedicated to empowering individuals with knowledge on proactive healthcare and daily wellness strategies. Hosted by Mary Bycholski and Andrea Hurley, wife of UConn Men’s Basketball Coach Dan Hurley, the event brought together leading experts in health and wellness to shed light on often-overlooked aspects of daily well-being. Speakers at the event covered crucial topics ranging from preventative health measures to personalized wellness strategies, equipping attendees with actionable insights to take control of their long-term health. The discussions emphasized the importance of proactive care, simple lifestyle shifts, and available resources to help individuals achieve optimal health outcomes. With a shared commitment to promoting wellness, this event created an engaging space for learning, inspiration, and community connection, leaving attendees motivated to prioritize their health in a more intentional and informed way.

OUR Events

2023 Health & Wellness Event

The 2023 Health & Wellness Event was a powerful celebration of community, care, and proactive well-being. Hosted by Mary Bycholski, the event welcomed inspiring speakers and passionate attendees united by a shared mission to promote healthier lifestyles and thoughtful self-care. This year’s event proudly supported The Olive Branch, founded by Jacqueline Ford, whose heartfelt initiative provides free shopping experiences for families in need during holidays and special occasions. Another highlight included Sandy Cassanelli, founder of the Breast Friends Fund (BFF), who shared her incredible journey of raising over $1 million for metastatic breast cancer research—100% of which is donated under the direction of Dr. Eric Winer and his team. Through heartfelt stories, wellness insights, and a community-focused spirit, the 2023 event left attendees empowered, informed, and inspired to take meaningful steps toward a healthier future.
